Forced Perspective Puzzler Superliminal comes next week - GameSpew

Six years after the release of a viral demo video, Pillow Castle has finally given us a release date Superliminal, the tricky puzzle game with perspective.

I remember the tech demo video released by the indie studio Pillow Castle in early 2014 to demonstrate the concept of “forced perspective puzzles.”

There are currently around 1.9 million views on YouTube, and it’s easy to understand why it has become viral that way. The incredibly stunning perspective mechanics is also very simple and can hardly be explained in words.

Nearly six years later, the concept was expanded to a complete game named Superliminal, with a new trailer released yesterday and announcing the game, will be available in the Epic Games Store from November 12th … in four days!

The trailer makes a lot of serious portal and The Stanley Parable Vibes, so be sure to give it one clock down; if only because this enforced perspective really needs to be seen in order to be understood.

Superliminal is now available exclusively at the Epic Games Store. For more information about the game, visit the Pillow Castle website.
